Running a small business is hard, we know. As a sole trader or the owner of a small company, you have a lot to think about, and it can often feel like a lonely place. It's too easy getting caught up working in the business, leaving little time to work on the business. Even if there is time, doing it alone is hard, and that's why we're here. We provide practical support, when you need it, to help drive your business forward.
Practical advice (not regurgitated business school textbooks)
Lots of consultants focus on theory, but we know that you need practical solutions. We'll work with you to quickly understand where your business needs support, and then together we'll use sensible, easy to understand techniques, that will deliver on your objectives. We've been there, which means we speak your language too, not business jargon. We promise we'll never say "think outside the box", "circle back" or "let's unpack that".
Guidance, while you implement.
After we've spent some time together and there's an action plan for you to work on, we won't just disappear. We'll make sure that we're there as much (or as little) as you need us, while you implement the plan. That might be a quick call every now and again to check on progress, or it might be a more structured approach to help with accountability. We'll make sure we understand your specific needs so that you're not just in it by yourself.
